Three Character Classic

Three Character Classic (三字经) is a classic Chinese text attributed to Wang Yinglin and Ou Shizi that dates back to the Song Dynasty (13th Century). Three Character Classics is known for being written in couplets of three Chinese characters (hence the name). Moreover, the book is widely known for its Confucianism ideas and embodiment of the philosophy. These short and easy to digest classics were taught to children for many centuries and can still be found all around the world.
