About the instructor:

Mrs. Rouse was a certified personal trainer with NASM(National Academy of Sports and she has over 20 years of experience in the fitness area. She has three kids ages from 8,6 and 3. Making nutritious yet tasty meals for her kids and keeping them physically active has been her top priority during this Covid19 pandemic. Her passion is to help families ease into a healthy and active lifestyle with a "Make it Fun!" attitude. She is excited to instruct this 30 minutes no equipment needed family fitness class with you!
